A full multi-room renovation of a family home in Wimbledon, spanning a striking entrance staircase, two bathroom refits, a redesigned living room, and a complete garden transformation. The project combined statement architectural joinery with a full mechanical and electrical refit, delivered as one continuous scheme across the ground and upper floors.
Both bathrooms were stripped back and rebuilt from first fix, with electric underfloor heating, waterproof tanking, and new plumbing throughout. The shower room was finished in glossy metro tiles with a terrazzo floor, while the loft en-suite features a freestanding bath, terrazzo-effect wall panels, and a Velux skylight.
In the living room, a decorative ceiling rose and cornicing were added around new recessed lighting, alongside bespoke shelving and a refurbished period fireplace. Outside, the garden was transformed with a new resin-bound terrace, a raised hardwood deck seating area, and planted borders — extending the home’s living space into the garden.
