Batroom Renovation Aylesbury
A full strip-out and rebuild of a family bathroom in Aylesbury, finished with large-format stone-effect porcelain tiles, brushed bronze fittings, and a fully tiled walk-in shower with recessed LED display niches. The scope covered first-fix plumbing and electrics, underfloor heating installation, waterproofing (tanking), and a bespoke floating stone vanity unit with integrated basin.
The floor build-up included electric underfloor heating mats laid across the full footprint, followed by self levelling compound and waterproof membrane ahead of tiling — ensuring a warm, even surface finish throughout the space.
First-fix works included full replumbing of hot and cold feeds, waste runs, and electrical containment for the underfloor heating system and recessed lighting — all carefully mapped and pressure-tested before the walls were closed up and tanked ready for tiling.
